Shipping & Delivery
- Delivery time for most orders to common destinations in Australia is about 14 working days.
- Allow up to 4 weeks for delivery on orders placed after 30th October due to postage congestion leading up to the Christmas period.
- Shipping costs are calculated at $40 per 5kg, up to 20kg total. Special rate of $320 applies to orders that exceed this weight. Typically, most individual bean bean bags weigh 4kg or less.
- Check the shipping rate that is applied at checkout before you continue with purchase.
- Any purchase continued through to payment cannot be automatically cancelled and will require a special arrangement for refund. The purchaser is responsible for checking that they are happy with the price and the shipping costs before proceeding through to payment.
- We reserve the right to change the shipping rate which may be re-calculated for orders exceeding 20kg total in weight. If applicable, you will be notified immediately and you can cancel your order and be issued a refund if any monies have been paid.
- We are sorry that we can no longer offer free shipping. We had to remove this offer due to large increases in carrier costs. On the upside, our bean bags are still being sold at the same price we were asking 6 years ago!
Collect in Person
If you live near Perth, your item can be collected in person from Foam Home & The Bean Bag Factory in Osborne Park. Please phone them on 08 9244 1274 to advise them when you will be coming in so they can have your item ready for you. You can also arrange for Foam Home & The Bean Bag Factory to pre-fill them with beans before you collect (filling is an extra cost, which varies by the quantity required for each bag.)
