REASONS FOR RETURNS
Sometimes, on the rare occasion, something didn't go the way it was meant to. If you received the wrong item or a faulty item got past our quality control, then rest assured that we will do our very best to fix it.
Please go to the page "Terms and Conditions", and read item 6. Warranties / Returns / Exchanges regarding accepted reasons for return. On the very rare occasion when we have a return, we process the exchange or refund without any problem.
Sorry, but "change of mind" exchanges are not usually accepted. However, sometimes we may be able to help you with a simple exchange (with handling and freight charges) - so there is no harm in asking. Just give us a call and let us see if we can help.
